The scope of the position covers everything from managing Search Engine Optimization on-site and off-site to inbound lead generation for our clients. We need someone who has a love for analytics and a knack for analyzing data to drive competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully implement and monitor inbound digital marketing campaigns through paid and organic means to generate quality leads for multiple clients 
  • Review client websites for on and off-site issues related to coding, backlinks, crawl errors, and others that can affect ranking
  • Use of external SEO tools such as Moz, SEMRush, Cognitive SEO, Bright Local, etc. to improve organic/local SERP
  • Create, optimize, measure, and analyze PPC campaigns across multiple channels including Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
  • Analyze reporting results and insights to formulate recommendations for current and future strategies
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members from concept, to design, and through deployment for targeted, robust campaigns tailored to different needs, unique brands, and diverse target audiences
  • Regular use of Google tools for Local Organic Ranking - Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google PageSpeed Insights, Google My Business, etc.

Requirements:

  • LOCAL to Tampa Bay Area REQUIRED.
  • Several years’ experience in online marketing with an extensive knowledge of Google AdWords 
  • Bachelor’s degree & minimum of 4 full years’ experience in inbound marketing and lead generation
  • Proven experience in organic or paid search marketing and desire to grow in the other
  • Previous experience in an agency environment requires
  • STRONG experience AND understanding of whitehat organic SEO principals
  • Experience implementing content-focused and technical SEO tactics independently or by working with developers
  • Passionate about all aspects of the digital landscape with a specific love of data, analytics, and innovative technologies
  • Experience with site analytics tools, as well as the ability to pull and evaluate data from online measurement platforms 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and ability to apply and monitor split testing for ad copies as well as keyword implementation
  • Proven track record of meeting deliverables successfully in a remote working environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and independently prioritize tasks
  • Google Certification(s) preferred, not required
